• ✗Contains child exploitation material or sexually explicit content involving minors
• ✗Promotes violence, terrorism, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
• ✗Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• ✗Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
• ✗Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• ✗Contains spam or unsolicited advertising

C. Your Sole Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all User Content you upload to ImageToolo. We do not review, monitor, or screen User Content before or after processing. You agree to indemnify and hold ImageToolo harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.

4. Image Processing and Data Handling

We want to be absolutely clear about how we handle your images:

• •No Permanent Storage: We do NOT store, save, or retain your images on our servers after processing is complete. Images are processed temporarily in memory and are immediately deleted
• •Temporary Processing: Your images are held only for the brief period necessary to perform the requested editing operation (typically seconds)
• •No Human Access: We do not view, analyze, or access your images. All processing is automated
• •No Sharing: We never share, sell, or distribute your images to any third parties
• •Secure Transmission: All uploads and downloads are encrypted using HTTPS/SSL protocols

However, please note: Despite our security measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We strongly recommend that you keep backup copies of all important images before processing them through any online service, including ours.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using ImageToolo, you agree to use the Service responsibly and ethically. You agree NOT to:
